We have developed specific plans to ensure the long-term survival and growth of our community and are committed to the implementation of our plans. Since we have had access to some of our revenues, we have assumed primary responsibility for the planning and funding of local infrastructure, health, social, and economic development programs. The Enoch development strategy involves a series of coordinated program initiatives to realize the potential of our human resources and to provide the infrastructure required to sustain our community and to develop a strong economic base.
